Designed for families, groups, and couples, this spacious property features mountain views from expansive decks, a saltwater hot tub, and multiple entertainment options including game tables and smart TVs. Its unique layout provides versatile spaces for gathering or privacy, and welcomes dogs so everyone can enjoy the adventure. Due to the scenic mountainside location, AWD or 4WD vehicles are required in winter and recommended year-round. Starter supplies of toiletries and paper products are provided for the first couple of nights—guests planning longer stays should bring or purchase additional items.

  • Check-in time is 4PM; check-out time is 10AM.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months and recommended year-round. Snow chains may also be required in times of snow accumulation.

Policies and Rules

  • Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • This property is pet friendly with a $25 per day, per dog fee.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (11 guests) allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full-time residents nearby.
  • No events allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
  • This property is pet friendly with a $25 per day, per dog fee.

  • Parking space for up to 3 vehicles.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and bed linens will be provided.
  • Hair dryer is provided.
  • All 3 TVs are smart and offer streaming capabilities (no cable package).

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are provided.
